A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is handled by the third-party provider that returns search results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only the information included in that message and is used to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services may create ordinary logs with an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review that data in aggregate to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools can support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
That limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvement. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

Links lead to county and state portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search services. Information submitted after following one of those links is governed by that destination's policy. Sponsored results are also supplied by a third party.

The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Visitors may have rights to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data a website holds. Texas's researched public-records rule is the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code chapter 552; it governs government records rather than this private reference. Because we hold very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Texas, Tarrant County, and Colleyville records remain under their respective custodian and removal processes.
